Absoulatey pathetic and frustrating services, also they are so arrogant when you talk to them it's always better to try with others. I placed an order to be delivered same day but unfortunately in their system same day delivery was not available and I called them to check if they can deliver same day?

Their customer care executive informed me yes it's possible and then I placed the order. Now to my surprise it was not delivered same day and even on next day they didn't have any whereabouts of my order and said this will be delivered and all! When I asked why it was not delivered yesterday they informed me it was my fault coz I didn't selected same day ... I mean come on !

When I have called you and you assured then only I placed an order and the guys have slept over it and when I am doing follow up these guys putting me on fault!

Everyone never go with this fraud company coz they don't understand importance of a gift or something which need to be deliver at urgent basis ! Yes if you want to do next year delivery then may be you can place order but at your own risk!

Shame on your guys! Coz I ordered for someone who was in hospital and you guys are such a shame to your customers that you are putting them at fault instead of trying to help them !

Flowers delivery was done a bit late in the day, basically towards the evening at around 6 pm. Kept calling their customer support, all time they said that it will be delivered before 8 pm and so was it to be delivered in the evening.

Though they sent the bouquet at the evening but the delivery was good. The bookey of Red Rose for the birthday of my friend in mysore was pretty fresh. he was happy to receive the gift wrapped in pink paper. a perfect item for wishing him on the b'day.

Also they delivered a small card with my message written over it. customer support did answer all of my calls

THere is no further mail from them. Its a *** FAKE WEBSITE only to do frauds and gulp money.

I ordered a bouquet for flowers for my sister's 50th birthday to be delivered in Pune. I live in the UK and had presumed it would be done promptly.

To my disgust the flowers not only come at the end of the day, but they come wrapped in normal newspaper. I was so disappointed and disgusted to see this. It seems like the flowers were just picked from a roadside vendor. The website says big things of delivering the best flowers to your loved ones and this was the most disgraceful flowers anyone can receive.

I was so angry with them because I had specifically mentioned to deliver the flowers in the morning and not the end of the day, still the flowers reached my sister's home at 5.45 in the evening. You can see from the attached pictures that the flowers have come wrapped in normal newspaper.

Purchase from this company at your own risk. This is NOT a legitimate company. Be very aware of sharing any details with them regarding your address or payment information.

I ordered a cake and flowers for my father's birthday for INR 2500 and they did not deliver it even after 10 days! I tried calling customer service but that is non existent. The order tracking system in their website basically says shipped and that was the status from day 1!

This company has definitely been set up to defraud customers. Please read all the reviews on this site and make up your mind for yourself. Someone needs to report this site to the Office of Fair Trading.

i ordered a cake from Srilanka to my girlfriend in india. when i looked in the website it was a nice and a beautiful cake.

but these bloody people has send a rotten cake which is not even worth for 100 INR. I say to all the customers not to use this website. i need my money back. if these people can cheat on this small product how much more they can cheat and earn the money from poor people.

i will never ever recommend this site to my friends, also i will put this thing in all the social media( face book, whatsup etc.). Nasty fellows!!!!

Dubious company, there is no telephone number on the website, just a webform designed to spew an error saying your email/password is incorrect although your order gets placed and credit card gets charged!

I ordered from them last week for my nieces birthday and they totally ruined the day. They are cheap bastards.

I order 2 kg barbie cake one fruit basket with orchids and a barbie princess doll. They didnt even delivered it on her birthday and they managed to deliver it on the next day and they didnt even said sorry. And what they delivered was a joke.... Rotten Bananas, Two orange, two apple and one bunch grapes and none of them looked good.

And in an open tub. not even covered and one really small Orchid bunch. And they said the barbie doll is on it way....WTF..... I paid around 4000 RS to these *** for these ***.

Never going to go back with them....Stay away from them FOLKS.......

I had ordered flowers with free cake offer for my wife on our marriage anniversary, they did not deliver at all. Looks like scamsters.

Horrible service

Sent a fruit basket on the birthday occassion

But the fruit they sent were 4 apples and 4 oranges horrible.

On top of it the fruits were rotten

We placed order for a cake 10 days before occasion and on the day of delivery we get a message that cake cannot be delivered and alternate option given to us will take 3 days to deliver and no apologies as well.

Everyone was waiting for the cake and they didn't order as we had already placed order. You can understand how embarrassing and heart breaking it was for us......We called Customer care and we get the same answer that it would take 3 days... when asked that they could have told us at least 3 days before they have no answer

I really had ridiculous experience with this site. I order assorted sweets for 600 RS, the image was looking great.

And I was hoping for same. And at delivery what they delivered is two boxes of son-papadi. Such a fraud these guys are. When I contacted the customer service.

They mentioned that send us the snap and we will contact the vendor. Thats so funny, what are you going to do by contacting vendor now.

You have already spoiled someones day, such an foolish and fraud act by this website. I would have rather ordered kajukatali from local shop, that would have been much better option rather than relying on this idiotic online service.

Very poor service. I order a bouquet of 30 peach roses and they delivered rotten 15 red roses.

It was a wrong oder, I have been chasing them for 10 days now and there is no positive response. Guys dont ever oder anything from this site.

I have used this website first time and the flowers were delivered on time and quality was decent but the Sweets was rotten and the fruits were not fresh. We had to throw away the can right away and the fruits were barely edible.

Half of it was thrown away. When my parents called local contact they were told that its not their fault that sweets were rotten.

I have been trying to send email to customer service from the website for 3 hours but constantly getting internal server error.

Got connected to the customer service person after 3 hours but he is asking me to send the picture of the rotten sweets and fruits so they can "look" into it. Not sure what that means.
